1 whole wheat (or regular) pie crust
1-2 Tbsp non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
cinnamon sugar
Preheat oven to 350.
Roll out pie crust and cut into 1 x 2 inch strips or 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch squares, whichever you prefer. Place the cut pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush lightly with butter or margarine; sprinkle liberally with cinnamon sugar. Bake until lightly golden, or about 8 minutes.
